Yes we do. A Service Agreement with Illinois Alarm coves parts, labor and or inspection testing. Illinois Alarm Service is not responsible for equipment, parts or labor which is damaged by abuse, negligence, remodeling, criminal acts, non-production parts, or Acts Of God.

Our  testing includes inspecting of individually installed devices and communication to our U.L. Central Station or your local municipality.

Fire Safety Systems save lives, plain and simple. Your fire alarm will only function properly, if it is well maintained and serviced on a regular basis. The National Fire Alarm Code instated by The National Fire Prevention Association, requires you must have a completed annual testing by your local building department and fire department.

Your local fire department maybe involved with the initial testing of your fire safety system, to ensure that you have met all fire and local codes enforced.  The fire department can return at any time or on a scheduled basis to recheck your documentation and equipment is still up to code. It’s your responsibility as the business / property owner to have the system itself inspected by a licensed alarm company, like Illinois Alarm.
